Processing & Shipping Times

Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We prioritize efficiency to ensure quick dispatch while maintaining quality control.

• Shipping Methods: We have partnered with Thailand’s leading courier services to offer the most reliable and efficient shipping.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We work with trusted national courier partners to ensure the fastest possible domestic delivery. Delivery is divided into two zones as follows:

• Bangkok and surrounding areas: 1–3 working days

• Upcountry areas: 3–4 working days

• Weather conditions, or external courier factors might influence the shipping duration.

• Shipping Fees: Fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and order value. Free shipping promotions may be available during special campaigns.

International Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are carefully processed within 1-3 business days to ensure accuracy and compliance with international shipping regulations.

• Delivery Time Estimates: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance procedures. We work with trusted global courier partners to offer both standard and express options.

• Asia - 5 - 10 working days.

• Europe - 8 - 15 working days.

• Africa - 10 - 15 working days. 

• Oceania - 6 - 14 working days. 

• North America - 10 - 14 working days. 

• South America - 10 - 14 working days. 

• Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. We strive to offer competitive rates while maintaining the highest shipping standards.

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $200 (standard shipping only). Free shipping promotions may also be offered during special sales or seasonal events.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

• Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes. We strongly advise checking with your local customs office for potential charges before placing your order.

• If customs duties are not settled and the package is refused, it may be returned to us or handled according to local regulations. While we strive to facilitate smooth deliveries, EMBODY Global Ltd cannot assume responsibility for such outcomes. In these cases, any associated costs, including return shipping or other fees, will be the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking & Delivery Assurance

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using our courier partner’s website.

• Our logistics team monitors all shipments to ensure smooth delivery. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will proactively notify you and work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Undeliverable & Returned Packages

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pay customs duties, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

• If a package is returned to us and deemed eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued excluding shipping fees. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Embody Global Ltd is not liable for reimbursement.

• Customers are encouraged to double-check their shipping address before placing an order to prevent delays and issues with delivery.

Delivery Time Considerations & Special Occasions

• Delivery times provided are estimates only and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, holiday shipping delays, or unforeseen disruptions in courier services.

• If you are ordering for a special event or gift, we recommend placing your order well in advance to account for any potential delays.
